Screens
We need to formally approve the proposal (again). We should note the more detailed explanation 1 and explanation 2.
And we need to agree to the Statement of Significance and the Statement of Need.
Proposals:
The Parish agrees the Statement of Need and Significance
The parish accepts the Quotation for fixed screens and apply for a faculty on that basis.
Window Repairs
We have had recent storm damage. We need to confirm that we are happy to accept this quote for the work. EIG are happy to meet the cost minus the excess.
We are missing protection above a porch door. We need to confirm that we are happy to accept this quote before damage is done.
Correspondence
Racial Justice Grant
The parish is invited to apply for a grant of up to £3,000.
This could be used for:
- money to cover the cost of our Bring and Share meals (which are intercultural)
- money to cover Festival celebrations as a focus for a service (e.g. for Nigeria, Pakistan, Iran, etc)
- money to develop Youth Resources
- money to resource an intercultural choir
- any other ideas?
