Assistant Worship Leader

1. Please arrive 15/20 minutes before the service starts
2. You are the focus for our prayers, so be careful not to fiddle (etc), and do smartly, but in a way that does not draw attention.
3. If you make a mistake, just "Keep Calm and Carry On". "It's not the crime it's the cover up" that will distract people!
4. Lead your prayers with a clear voice.
5. You will need to be familiar with how the microphone works, so you can use it discreetly.
6. To start with, you will lead:
   • THE INTRODUCTION
   • THE CONFESSION
   • THE PROFESSION OF FAITH / THE CREED
7. Feel free to draw in your book during the talk - but you would need to get it ready before the service starts.
